Tropical Pineapple Iced Tea

Equipment

  • 1 Saucepan or pot
  • 1 Pitcher

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp green tea you can substitute with 1 green tea bag
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • ¼ cup honey or agave syrup
  • ice cubes
  • pineapple wedges or mint leaves for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In saucepan bring water to 95 °F
  • Add green tea and brew for 3 min
  • Allow green tea to cool
  • In a pitcher, combine the brewed green tea, pineapple juice, and honey or agave syrup. Stir well
  • Add ice cubes to the pitcher and stir again to chill the tea
  • Pour the tropical pineapple iced tea into glasses filled with ice cubes
  • Garnish with pineapple wedges or mint leaves for a tropical twist
