Ingredients
  

  • 2 white tea bags
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 inch piece of fresh ginger peeled and sliced
  • 1 tbsp honey adjust to taste
  • ice cubes
  • fresh mint leaves for garnish

  • Boil 2 cups of water and let it cool slightly.
  • Place the white tea bags in a teapot or heatproof pitcher.
  • Pour the hot water over the tea bags and let them steep for about 2-3 minutes.
  • Remove the tea bags and allow the tea to cool to room temperature.
  • In a blender, combine the fresh pineapple chunks and sliced ginger.
  • Blend until you get a smooth puree.
  • Mix the pineapple-ginger puree with the cooled white tea.
  • Stir in honey to taste for a hint of sweetness.
  • Fill glasses with ice cubes.
