Ingredients
  

  • cups chocolate wafer crumbs
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 2 tsp peppermint tea leaves
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Mix chocolate wafer crumbs, melted butter, and salt. Press into a tart pan.
  • Bake crust at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes. Cool completely.
  • Heat heavy cream with peppermint tea leaves until steaming. Steep for 5 minutes, then strain.
  • Pour cream over chocolate chips and stir until smooth. Pour into the crust.
  • Chill for 2 hours before serving.
