Instructions
Mix chocolate wafer crumbs, melted butter, and salt. Press into a tart pan.
Bake crust at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes. Cool completely.
Heat heavy cream with peppermint tea leaves until steaming. Steep for 5 minutes, then strain.
Pour cream over chocolate chips and stir until smooth. Pour into the crust.
Chill for 2 hours before serving.
