  • 2 white tea bags
  • 1 ripe peach pitted and sliced
  • fresh basil leaves
  • 1 tbsp honey or sweetener of choice (adjust to taste)
  • ice cubes
  • Peach slices and basil leaves for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
  • Remove from heat and add the white tea bags.
  • Allow the tea bags to steep for about 3-5 minutes to create a delicate white tea infusion.
  • Remove the tea bags and let the tea cool to room temperature.
  • In a blender, combine the sliced peach, fresh basil leaves, and honey.
  • Blend until the mixture becomes a smooth puree.
  • Strain the peach basil puree through a fine mesh strainer into a pitcher to remove any solids.
  • Pour the cooled white tea into the pitcher with the strained peach basil mixture.
  • Stir well to combine.
  • Refrigerate the mixture for at least 1-2 hours, allowing the flavors to meld together.
