Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp loose green tea
  • a pinch of saffron threads
  • 1 small piece of cinnamon
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 4 cups water

Instructions
 

  • Boil water, then pour about 1 cup over the green tea in a teapot to rinse it. Discard the water after swirling the tea.
  • Add saffron threads, cinnamon, and sugar to the teapot.
  • Pour the remaining hot water over the ingredients.
  • Let the tea steep for 3-5 minutes.
  • Stir, and serve in small glasses.
