A cool and refreshing tea made with fresh mint leaves, hot water, and honey or sugar.

Ingredients

bunch
fresh mint leaves
4
cups
water
honey or sugar for sweetening
Instructions
Rinse the mint leaves under cool water and remove any damaged or discolored leaves.
Bring 4 cups of water to a boil in a pot.
Once the water is boiling, remove the pot from heat and add the mint leaves to the water.
Cover the pot and let it steep for about 5-10 minutes.
Strain the tea and discard the mint leaves.
Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
Calories will increase if you add sweeteners.
