Mint Tea

A cool and refreshing tea made with fresh mint leaves, hot water, and honey or sugar.

  • 1 Saucepan or pot

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bunch fresh mint leaves
  • 4 cups water
  • honey or sugar for sweetening

Instructions
 

  • Rinse the mint leaves under cool water and remove any damaged or discolored leaves.
  • Bring 4 cups of water to a boil in a pot.
  • Once the water is boiling, remove the pot from heat and add the mint leaves to the water.
  • Cover the pot and let it steep for about 5-10 minutes.
  • Strain the tea and discard the mint leaves.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Calories will increase if you add sweeteners.
