Ingredients
  

  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 1 tbsp hot water
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • 2 tsp honey or sweetener of your choice

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, sift the matcha powder to remove any clumps.
  • Add hot water to the bowl and whisk the matcha powder until it is fully dissolved and there are no lumps left.
  • In a saucepan, heat up the almond milk over medium heat until it begins to steam. Do not boil.
  • Pour the steaming almond milk into the matcha mixture and whisk together.
  • Add honey or sweetener to taste.
  • Pour the matcha latte into a mug and serve hot.
