- 1 tsp matcha powder
- 1 tbsp hot water
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
- 2 tsp honey or sweetener of your choice
In a bowl, sift the matcha powder to remove any clumps.
Add hot water to the bowl and whisk the matcha powder until it is fully dissolved and there are no lumps left.
In a saucepan, heat up the almond milk over medium heat until it begins to steam. Do not boil.
Pour the steaming almond milk into the matcha mixture and whisk together.
Add honey or sweetener to taste.
Pour the matcha latte into a mug and serve hot.
