Ingredients
  

  • cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 cups cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp matcha green tea powder
  • 3 eggs
  • ¼ cups heavy cream

Instructions
 

  • Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into a springform pan.
  • In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add matcha powder and mix well.
  • Add eggs one at a time, followed by heavy cream.
  • Pour filling over crust and bake at 325°F (165°C) for 50 minutes.
  • Cool and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
