Instructions
Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into a springform pan.
In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add matcha powder and mix well.
Add eggs one at a time, followed by heavy cream.
Pour filling over crust and bake at 325°F (165°C) for 50 minutes.
Cool and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
