Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups water
  • 2 raspberry hibiscus tea bags
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 2 tbsp honey or your preferred sweetener
  • ice cubes
  • fresh mint leaves optional

Instructions
 

  • In a small saucepan, bring the water to a boil. Remove from heat and add the raspberry hibiscus tea bags. Let steep for 10 minutes.
  • Remove the tea bags and stir in the honey until dissolved.
  • Add the fresh raspberries to the warm tea and gently muddle them using a spoon to release their juices.
  • Allow the tea to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours to chill.
  • Once chilled, strain the tea mixture to remove the raspberry solids.
  • Fill two glasses with ice cubes and pour the Raspberry Hibiscus Tea over the ice.
  • Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
