Ingredients

water
2
hibiscus tea bags
1
cup
mixed fresh fruits
such as orange slices, lemon slices, berries
1
tbsp
honey
or sweetener of your choice

cup
sparkling water or club soda
ice cubes
fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil. Remove from heat and add the hibiscus tea bags.
Let it steep for 5 minutes.
Remove the tea bags and stir in the honey or sweetener until dissolved.
Transfer the tea to a pitcher and let it cool to room temperature.
Place the pitcher in the refrigerator and chill for at least 2 hours.
When ready to serve, add the mixed fresh fruits to the pitcher and gently muddle them to release their flavors.
Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the chilled Hibiscus Sangria Tea over the ice.
Top each glass with sparkling water or club soda for a refreshing fizz.
Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
