- 1 cup water
- 1 black tea bags
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- ¼ ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 1 tsp molasses
- 1 tsp brown sugar optional
In a small pot, bring water to a boil.
Add the tea, ginger, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Stir in molasses.
Reduce heat to low and let the mixture simmer for 3-4 minutes.
Strain into a mug and sweeten to taste with brown sugar or honey if desired.
