Ingredients
  

  • 1 inch fresh ginger
  • 1/2 tsp tumeric or 1 inch fresh tumeric root
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cups water

Instructions
 

  • In a small pot, bring water, ginger slices, and turmeric to a boil.
  • Reduce heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Strain into a mug, and stir in honey and lemon juice.
  • Serve warm and enjoy the anti-inflammatory benefits.
