Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 chai tea bag
  • ¼ cup eggnog
  • ¼ cup milk whole or your choice of plant-based mil
  • 1 tsp honey or sugar optional
  • â…› tsp vanilla extract
  • A pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Heat 1 cup of water in a small saucepan until it reaches a gentle boil. Add the chai tea bag or loose-leaf chai and steep for 3–5 minutes, depending on desired strength.
  • While the tea is steeping, warm the eggnog and milk in another small saucepan over medium heat. Stir frequently to avoid scalding. Do not boil.
  • Remove the tea bag or strain the tea leaves and pour the chai into your favorite festive mug.
  • Add the warm eggnog and milk mixture to the tea. Stir in vanilla extract and honey or sugar if desired.
  • Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon and nutmeg for a cozy touch.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy the festive aroma and rich flavors of Eggnog Chai.
