slices of white or whole wheat bread

cup cream cheese, softened

small cucumber
thinly sliced

fresh dill

Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Spread cream cheese evenly on all four slices of bread.
Lay thinly sliced cucumbers on two slices of the bread, overlapping slightly.
Sprinkle with fresh dill, salt, and pepper.
Top with the remaining slices of bread and cut off the crusts.
