Ingredients
  

  • 4 slices of white or whole wheat bread
  • ΒΌ cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 small cucumber thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill optional
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Spread cream cheese evenly on all four slices of bread.
  • Lay thinly sliced cucumbers on two slices of the bread, overlapping slightly.
  • Sprinkle with fresh dill, salt, and pepper.
  • Top with the remaining slices of bread and cut off the crusts.
  • Slice sandwiches into triangles or fingers for a classic tea-time presentation.
