Ingredients
  

  • 1 apple sliced
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 rooibos tea bag
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tbsp honey optional

Instructions
 

  • In a saucepan, combine the sliced apple, cinnamon stick, and water. Bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes to let the flavors infuse.
  • Add the tea bag and steep for 3-5 minutes.
  • Remove the tea bag, and add honey for sweetness if desired. Serve warm.
