water

chamomile tea bags

tbsp
fresh lemon juice

tbsp
honey
or sweetener of your choice
ice cubes
Lemon slices for garnish
Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
Bring the water to a boil in a small saucepan.
Remove from heat and add the chamomile tea bags.
Let it steep for 5 minutes.
Remove the tea bags and let the chamomile tea cool to room temperature.
In a pitcher, combine the chamomile tea, fresh lemon juice, and honey.
Stir until the honey is dissolved.
Place the pitcher in the refrigerator and chill for at least 2 hours, or until ready to serve.
Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the chilled Chamomile Honey Lemonade over the ice.
Garnish with lemon slices and fresh mint leaves.
Notes
If you prefer to serve it immediately, you can add ice cubes to the pitcher to cool it down quickly.
